All Star Nicholas' Ice Train

Sam Kraven's almost three year old son, Nick, made a great breakthrough this holiday season with touching cold things. Sam stated, "He is Autistic and has sensory issues, so getting him to touch cold stuff is challenging."

Their family used silicone train molds from Target to freeze colored water in.  Once frozen, they were able to make an "Ice Train". Once Nick got used to the feel of the cold, he enjoyed sliding the pieces around the floor. He finished his play time with this special "Ice Train" in the bathtub until the pieces melted. How cute is that?

Check out this adorable video of All-Star Nick playing with his "Ice Train".

Thank you for sharing Nick's great accomplishment with us.  We are proud of you All Star Nick!

What has your All Star been up to recently?  What are you proud of them for?  We would like to hear about it.  Please submit your All Star story by clicking HERE.

Heather S. loves the creativity that this family had to help their son.
