I am feeling the crunch this year, things are so busy and with three small children -- I don't have a lot of time to make the elaborate efforts I wish I could. It's really easy to get caught up in the spend and shop mode that commercializes a truly sacred season. I find myself pulled in that direction, and then I stop. I want the holidays to be about happy memories, smiling children and cherished traditions. By the time I get the last child to bed at night (and hoping they stay there), I am too tired to put two thoughts together! So, I greatly appreciate any shortcuts and creativity I can mimic in my very own way.

Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
Ingredients - Ritz Crackers, Peanut Butter, Dipping Chocolate, Wax Paper
Directions: Make Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Dip sandwiches into the liquefied chocolate
Allow sandwiches to harden on wax paper
