New completely free e-book apps targeting emotional regulation and social skills for preschoolers!

Today on Smart Apps For Kids, we're featuring eleven brand new apps that are completely free. They are all worth downloading, but three really caught my eye for special needs. These e-books are based on a television series in Canada (or so it seems, I've never seen it), and each one focuses on emotional regulation and social skills in preschoolers.
