Pinterest Board of the Week: Speech Apps for use at home or in therapy

When I was a child going through speech therapy (I couldn't say my r's) I remember playing games, using tape recorders to play back how I sounded and using sticker charts to mark my progress. Things have come a long way for therapy in the past 20ish years. Truly, there has been plenty of additional tools in the past 5 years since my son started speech therapy, especially in the availability of speech apps. With three Speech Language Pathologists on staff and multiple of us that use speech apps to help our own children, the Smart Apps team loves speech apps.

You can find our full collection of speech apps that we have tried or apps SLP's and parents can use in conjunction with speech therapy on our website as well as on our Speech Apps board on Pinterest.

Follow Smart Apps for Special Needs's board Speech Apps on Pinterest.

Rachel H is already panicking about family coming into town for the holidays.
