Proactively managing your stress can make a big difference and it sets a good example for the little ones in your life. Breath2Relax is a free app from The National Center for Telehealth and Technology designed to teach the stress management tool of diaphragmatic breathing. Watch a video demonstration of the technique and then practice a breathing session.
